12. Since the Governing Body is neither inspired nor infallible, what questions arise?
12 The Governing Body is neither inspired nor infallible. Therefore, it can err in doctrinal matters or in organizational direction. In fact, the Watch Tower Publications Index includes the heading “Beliefs Clarified,” which lists adjustments in our Scriptural understanding since 1870. Of course, Jesus did not tell us that his faithful slave would produce perfect spiritual food. So how can we answer Jesus’ question: “Who really is the faithful and discreet slave?” (Matt. 24:45) What evidence is there that the Governing Body is filling that role? Let us consider the same three factors that directed the governing body in the first century.

I don't think they're talking about the rapture, they're actually saying "Armageddon will come after the last one of us died
I read it as they are still alive ( still on earth, not in their graves) and gathered to heaven ( raptured )
14 During the great tribulation, a change will take place regarding the brothers who take the lead on earth. At some point, all anointed ones who are still on earth will be gathered to heaven to share in the war of Armageddon.
Matthew 24: 31 And he will send out his angels with a great trumpet sound, and they will gather his chosen ones together from the four winds, from one extremity of the heavens to their other extremity.

Praise Jehovah with His People
4 Consider, too, the fact that Jehovah’s organization alone, in all the earth, is directed by God’s holy spirit or active force. (Zech. 4:6) Only this organization functions for Jehovah’s purpose and to his praise. To it alone God’s Sacred Word, the Bible, is not a sealed book. Many persons of the world are very intelligent, capable of understanding complex matters. They can read the Holy Scriptures, but they cannot understand their deep meaning. Yet God’s people can comprehend such spiritual things. Why? Not because of special intelligence on their part, but as the apostle Paul declared: “For it is to us God has revealed them through his spirit, for the spirit searches into all things, even the deep things of God.” (1 Cor. 2:10) Jesus Christ praised his heavenly Father for ‘hiding such things from the wise and intellectual ones but revealing them to babes.’ (Matt. 11:25) How very much true Christians appreciate associating with the only organization on earth that understands the “deep things of God”!
Jeffrey Jackson is asked under oath from an Australian Royal Commission lawyer, ''and do you see yourselves as Jehovah God's spokespeople on earth?
Jeffrey Jackson's answer should have been, ''Jehovah’s organization alone, in all the earth, is directed by God’s holy spirit or active force. Only this organization functions for Jehovah’s purpose and to his praise.''
How does Jeffrey Jackson's weasel himself out with this easy question, considering he is a member of the Governing Body?

3 Many of these dear brothers and sisters who have become inactive do come back to the congregation, where they are most welcome! Jehovah wants them to come back, and so do we. (1 Pet. 2:25) How can we help? Before we answer that question, it would be good to know why some stop attending meetings and sharing in the ministry.
Some have become absorbed in secular work.
Some brothers and sisters are overwhelmed by problems.
Some of Jehovah’s servants have felt hurt by a fellow believer.
Or a guilty conscience may torment a person who has broken God’s law in the past, making him feel unworthy of God’s love.
The writer of Psalm 73 became discouraged when he observed how the wicked seemed to flourish. He questioned whether doing God’s will was worthwhile.
The prophet Elijah fled from Queen Jezebel. (1 Ki. 19:1-3) He thought that nobody else was serving as a prophet for Jehovah, and he felt that his work had served no purpose. Elijah became so depressed that he wanted to die.
THE REAL REASONS SOME STOP SERVING
JEHOVAHthe organization?boring and repetitive meetings, 140 years of failed predictions, the disfellowshipping and cruel treatment of former members, pedophile lawsuits, constantly being reminded you're never doing enough for the organization, jealousy, and infighting among the members, the ''organization'' taking over the more important role of Jesus, the twisting of scripture to fit the Watchtower Society narrative, and the 8 ''Governing Body'' members who have exposed themselves like the ''WIZARD OF OZ''

STUDY ARTICLE 41
Stay Faithful Through the “Great Tribulation”
14 During the great tribulation, a change will take place regarding the brothers who take the lead on earth. At some point, all anointed ones who are still on earth will be gathered to heaven to share in the war of Armageddon. (Matt. 24:31; Rev. 2:26, 27) This means that the Governing Body will no longer be with us on earth. However, the great crowd will remain organized. Capable brothers from among the other sheep will take the lead. We will need to show our loyalty by supporting these brothers and by following their God-given direction. Our survival will depend on it!
Can the Governing Body get any more arrogant than this bold statement? After all the pedophile lawsuits, a letter advising congregations to shred and delete files pertaining to all the pedophile lawsuits, the shrinking of all printed literature, the closing of branches and Kingdom Halls, reducing staff and years of false predictions, Jehovah somehow finds all Governing Body members faithful and deserving a ''heavenly life.'' They will all be ''raptured'' during the great tribulation and leave the great crowd behind!
12 “The faithful and discreet slave” has been preparing us to stay faithful through the great tribulation. (Matt. 24:45) This has been done in many ways, but consider one example: our timely convention programs for the years 2016-2018. Through those programs, we have been encouraged to strengthen the qualities that we need as we near Jehovah’s day. Let us briefly review those qualities.
( I suppose each of these members will be ''raptured'' during the great tribulation and leave all the worries to ''capable brothers.'' )

Ark Encounter
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaAttendance
AiG initially predicted yearly attendance for the attraction of 1.4-2.2 million people. After a year of operation, AiG reported attendance of about 1 million, attributing the lower number to opening in the middle of tourist season.[90][91][92]
On February 24, 2017, Executive Director of the Grant County Chamber of Commerce Jamie Baker stated that the Ark had drawn additional tourism to the area, and that the challenge now was to expand accommodation and other local amenities in order to convert this into economic growth for the county.[93] In March, the Northern Kentucky Convention and Visitors Bureau presented the Ark Encounter with its Star of Tourism award for 2016.[94] Bureau President Eric Summe reported a $23 million increase in visitor spending in nearby Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties in 2016 over 2015, the year that the region hosted the Major League Baseball All-Star Game; Summe attributed a large part of the increase in spending and hotel occupancy to the opening of the Ark Encounter and an expansion of its sister attraction, AiG's Creation Museum.[95] In June 2017, Mayor Jim Wells of Dry Ridge, Kentucky stated that the Ark Encounter had a positive effect on the town, with hotel occupancy rates increasing from 60 to 98 percent since the opening of the attraction.[96] In July 2018, Nashville-based Athena Hospitality Group broke ground on a hotel and restaurant development in Dry Ridge, citing the need for more accommodations for Ark Encounter visitors as the motivation.[97] The planned development will accommodate three hotels and three restaurants, with the first hotel, an 80-room Comfort Suites projected to open in the third quarter of 2019.[97]
At the end of Ark Encounter's second year, AiG reported an attendance of 1 million visitors for the year.[98] Subsequently, The Courier-Journal reported that the Freedom From Religion Foundation had disputed those numbers based upon data obtained through open records requests made to Grant County.[99] According to the Foundation, the amount of money collected by the Grant County via its safety assessment fee on ticket sales indicated that only 862,471 people visited the attraction between July 2017 and June 2018.[99] In response, AiG spokesman Mark Looy told the paper that this method for calculating attendance was not reliable because it did not include non-paying guests such as children under 5, annual pass holders, and those with lifetime passes, all of whom are admitted to the park for free.[99] Because the city of Williamstown based their annual budget on AiG's attendance projections, the city was forced to readjust its budget downward when the number of paying guests fell short of 1 million.[100]
In 2020, Skinner noted that Ark attendance had been averaging about ten percent higher than the city had forecast until its temporary closure due to COVID-19.[81] At the end of the fiscal year, revenue from the safety assessment fell twenty percent short of projections

It can't even be built in our day. What they are building there isn't a ship that can float, it's a huge chunk of reenforced concrete with steel supports and a wooden-looking shell mounted on top.

Challenging the basic laws of physics
The ship would've been too big for its structure to support itself. According to shipbuilding experts, among them A. M. Robb, there is an upper limit to the possible length of any given wooden ship. Anything above 300 feet would start to bend and deform under its own weight when put to the test of the sea in actual navigation.
That's the nature of wood, and that's why all the ships that even come close to that size are made of iron and steel. Shipbuilders turned to more resistant materials in the 1800s, not because it was more practical, but because such large wooden ships are simply impossible to make.
Consider that the largest wooden ships ever built, the six-masted schooners, required long iron strappings to support them. And even these couldn't resist a lasting voyage even in shallow water, let alone the violent conditions of the flood. And the ark was supposedly over 100 feet even than these. God must have either performed a constant miracle to keep the ship together or give Noah instructions as to how to build such a structure through a long-forgotten technique.
